Lynn Costenaro is the Founding Director of the Sea & Learn Foundation in Saba, Dutch Caribbean. Originally a Wall Street financial analyst, she swapped corporate life for ocean advocacy in 1989, helping transform Sea Saba Dive Center into a world-class operation. In 2003, she founded Sea & Learn to bridge science and community through hands-on, place-based education, citizen science, and cultural programs. Recognized by her 2013 induction into the Women Divers Hall of Fame, Lynn continues to inspire environmental stewardship, conservation partnerships, and public engagement with one of the world’s most remarkable marine ecosystems.
