Prerequisites:

• PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water (or have a qualifying certification from another training organization)
• You can take the course as a snorkeler and receive a non-diving certification.

Taught in a comfortable confined water environment, Level 1 focuses on the essential skills needed to successfully photograph underwater subjects while learning how to properly use underwater digital cameras and housing systems. You’ll also be introduced to the PADI SEA method — Shoot, Examine, and Adjust — a simple and effective process that helps you quickly improve your underwater images using digital technology.

• The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer eLearning program is included with the course and must be completed prior to attending class.

NOTE: If you do not own an underwater digital camera, Y-kiki Divers can provide one for you to use during the course.
